Prize Center Drawings and Notification: One Dell Vostro 1710 Notebook will be drawn following the event with winner pulled from all registrations that visited the Xetex booth (#1839) at Promotions East 2009 during June 2-3, 2009. No purchase necessary. The winner will be determined by a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email. Winner will be contacted by a representative of Xetex to discuss the shipping and handling. The value of the pre-configured prize item will include shipping and handling. General Conditions: All national, state and local laws/regulations are applicable. With the exception of sales/use tax, all taxes (including income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this drawing in any way will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Void where prohibited by law.
