Xebra has many built in reports. You can save these reports in pdf format so that they can be easily emailed. You can even save the reports in Microsoft Excel file format so that you can manipulate and analyze the data in Excel. Xebra's ODBC driver enables you to use your Xebra data with a multitude of ODBC compliant software applications such as Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, and shipping software from companies like UPS and FedEx. Xebra's ODBC driver is extremely easy to install and use compared to other database applications. Xebra also has the ability to export data to delimited text files. You can easily export mail merge ready data for use with your favorite mail merge program to create form letters, labels, etc. We have been working on implementing ePSA standards for two-way electronic data exchange between distributors and suppliers.
